According to Henry, she was killed by the Guardian Church on February 20, 2028, in a motor vehicle "accident;" Kevin was driving.[1][2] According to Melinda Bellhurst, Worldview Industries intentionally crashed that car into Kevin and Sarah's vehicle.[3]
According to Malcolm Thomas ("21"), she "accidentally" drowned in apartment bathtub, February 23, 2028. "Accidentally" as in murdered by the Guardian Church for accepting Worldview Industries' money to betray Kevin.[1][4]
