Called the "Homeless Mecenaries" by the Consortium (organization), they are a group of rebels (including 30-50 pilots) that operate out of Bulgaria lead by Kiril Angelov. The group was formed in January, 2036, and have been assigned a Threat Level of 2.[1] They assault Zenlil on December 21, 2042.
