Alignment reflects what others think about Bishop 6. Positive alignment means they like you and/or approve of your decisions where negative alignment means they dislike you and/or disapprove of your decisions. By default, you cannot see alignment changes--they happen in the background. If you want to see the alignment changes, you can enable "Show Alignment Changes" in the game options.
These are changes that occur to alignment even with "Show Alignment Changes" enabled. They occur as a function of major plot events and how Bishop 6 responds to them. They generally apply regardless if you've had a conversation with them as well as whether or not they are dead at the time it occurs.
