Colin Wheats (Knight 18) is the first Knight of the Consortium. Colin served in the United States Army during the Resource Wars, and worked for Worldview Security until being hired into the Consortium.[1]
He continues to serve on the Consortium's first C-3800, Stormbird, as Knight 18. He appears in the Consortium Stream while conversing with the Queen.
Colin is a very devout member of the Guardian Church, and bizarre behavior has sometimes been called "Wheats' Wierdness."
He oversaw negotiations between Quebec and the Canadian government in 2038 when Quebec threatened to secede.[2]
